Korvin is a niche Development Company that specialises in historic buildings and neglected sites that require new life and usages. Our attitude in design, life style lead and quality are the key features to our approach in realising the needs and demands of our clients, whilst adapting our development to their surroundings.

The projects that we are currently working on is a three tier integrated historic market town regeneration scheme, which consists of a Residential Complex, a Hotel and a Spa development. When dealing with sites of sensitivity, it is important to have a strong vision and emphasis to detail, which ultimately culminates in delivering what were poor dilapidated properties, brown field sites and disused structures with a sense of new purpose, enhanced with quality and imagination for the times we live in.
